With over 30 years experience in the building industry, Mike’s extensive construction experience and knowledge base provides our clients with detailed, accurate evidence-based validations and damage reports, along with cost effective reinstatement proposal estimates.
Drying
Pure can offer you and your policyholders the benefit of our in-house reactive drying services following an escape of water or flood. Using our own professional drying equipment and BDMA technical knowledge, we can help reduce consequential water damage and minimise drying times.
Asbestos Sampling
Our in-house asbestos sampling service reduces our client’s costs and prevents reinstatement delays associated with outsourcing this service.
High Quality Building Services
Our team of qualified building surveyors and experienced tradespeople provide our clients with a comprehensive range of high quality property reinstatement services including; Bricklaying, Plastering, Joinery, Heating & Plumbing, Electrical, Tiling and Decorating. Flooded Basement Reinstatement

With our own CSSW qualified surveyor and team of experienced basement waterproofing technicians, Pure are one of the very few Flooded Basement Reinstatement Specialists in the North of England.
