Pure Property Care Ltd was incorporated by our Managing Director, Michael Foster CSRT MIWSc DipSurv CSSW, an experienced BDMA qualified building surveyor in 2010.

With headquarters conveniently located near Leeds, West Yorkshire, Pure provides fully managed domestic and commercial property claims validation, report & estimate, reinstatement and repair services throughout Yorkshire for some of the UK’s leading Insurance Companies, Loss Adjusters and Insurance Claims Management Companies.

Our team of qualified building surveyors, experienced tradespeople and claims managers are all dedicated to providing both you and your clients with a professionally managed, cost-controlled, timely and high quality property reinstatement/repair service on every claim.

Every claim is managed by a dedicated (named) Pure Claims Manager who will liaise with you, your policy holder and our restoration team (BDMA surveyor, restorations technicians and repair team tradespeople) to provide a professionally managed, high quality restoration service completed to a high standard in a timely and cost-controlled way by our own qualified tradespeople with minimum inconvenience and disruption to your policyholder.
